Minor revisions are done for FREE, if they are demanded within 45 days of delivery. Also, if the sizes of the embroidery are to be increased or decreased up to 20%, they are provided FREE of COST. For Major editing charges will depend on the amount of the work.
It is to be noted that for a fruitful embroidery venture requires a mix of precise digitizing, premium quality materials, and thoughtful sewing. We endeavour to do our best on digitizing your venture. The customers are given the right to opt the correct texture, needles, strings and machine setting to implement your design. If the customer is having difficulty with the design, we would be more than happy to offer advice with the sewing procedure.
Refund Policy
At Embdigit, we promptly address your queries and requests. If the customer has placed order with us and is not satisfied with our work, we would try to resolve the queries of the customer through our edit/revision process offering unlimited revisions at FREE of COST. Still, if we are unable to satisfy the demands of customers, we would refund the amount full or partial depending on the situation. They are:
Lost Shipment or Product damaged
If the product is damaged during the shipment, the customer is given option whether you want the refund of the whole amount or we will again make and dispatch your order at NO COST.
Order Cancellation
If the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, you can get the refund of the amount after a deduction of 25% from the amount. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be processed and the customers shall not be liable for refund.
Refund Requests
If the customer is not satisfied after the revision process also, he can claim the refund by sending the following information to us on email Support@embdigit.com within 7 business days following the completion of your order.
