The Intellectual Property disclosure will inform users that the logos and other visual media you created is your property and is protected by copyright laws.

Your information or digitizing orders will not be disclosed to any third party without your authority provided to us through email / Live chat . Your digitizing orders will be stored with us and only accessible to you.

After placing an order you are agreeing to the part that you will pay the digitizing bill once you get the invoice of your design, You can request any changes if needed but if you do not pay for it your account will be suspended without any prior notice. You must be sure before placing an order or place an estimate request if you want to know the pricing and stitch counts.

Your order will only be stored with us for 6 months, None of the files will be retrievable if your order date is older than six months from the current date. Although, you can place your order again with us or you can store every file data in a separate disk.

If you processed an edit for your order which is older than 30 days, it will be charged no matter if there its a small change or a major change. It might sent you free if you are our regular customer.

Designs/Orders are made effortly within the time frame chosen by you. Embdigit will not be hold responsible for any time that is affected by unforeseen natural or technical problems. However we will compensate with the urgent fees if any. All orders are made with perfection, however it is your responsibility to check and proof view the design prior to going into production. Run the design as a sample and have changes made to it if need be. Embdigit will in no way be liable for any losses occurred due to errors in design that were not requested to be edited before production.

Embdigit strives to provide the high quality stitching produce while embroidering the design if incase your design doesn't sewout well you must request an edit before processing a refund. Refund will not be processed if you haven't placed any edit request with the sewout picture you did. Our digitizing department will forward this file to our embroidery department where we will check out by stitching the design. If it sews out well and we will forward you the sewout picture and none of the amount will be refunded or credited.

Embdigit holds the right to suspend your account without any prior notice, Your account will be marked as fraud if you dont pay for your bills on time and account and will be suspended until you request to open your account again. After processing an order you agree that you will pay for your design after the design has been arrived in your account. Please dont process your order if you are just willing to see the digitizing but dont want to pay.
